Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we offer full support for defective merchandise.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure the product is unopened in its original packaging or has a manufacturing defect.

    Contact Support

    Email our team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Pack Securely

    Place the item back in its original shipping box to protect the product during transit.

  • 4.
    Ship Item

    Send the package to our returns center using the provided label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
